It's just something Google puts up there. I really don't know how to remove it and I'm honesty afraid to try. It wouldn't be the first time I've screwed up the forum's coding and Dash had to come and fix my mess.

Well, I say that Dash Forum tries to remove it.
You can just copy all your coding, and if removing the ad messes up the forum, just paste the code back in.
