I agree. The gameplay was superb, although I found the tank levels of Tails and Eggman to be a bit annoying. The character development was well done, (although it was a little short on Sonamy) and the story was well executed.

I got all of the emblems at one point. But I was disappointed with Green Hill Zone.

Ok, here's my way of beating it:
When you enter, glide and climb the four pillars. There should be a switch on the fourth one. Hit it, and you should be able to get past the sand waterfall, blocking the path to getting the goal unlocked. I thnk it's on your right...
Next, get past the sand, and wait for the block to get out of the path. There should be another switch in the room. When everything freezes, hopefully you hit the switch when theres a tiny gap in the path for you to squeeze in. The switch is in there, which unlocks the goal. Then, just get back up into the start of the level.
It's quite easy, if you think about it.
