Dash Adventure Character Creator Idea?

I had an idea. To join in on the Level Creator, players could download a Character Creator. They can create up to two custom characters. They can make the sprites, and stats for the character. However, the characters during in-game get a note when selected:
"WARNING: Playing as a custom character does not affect the story line, all cutscenes will be removed during custom character gameplay."

how hard would it be though? cuz it sounds incredibly difficult...

Not that hard, its just like in Sonic FGX, you put a gif of an Fc and then load it in the game!

Well, it's like SRB2 and Sonic FGX. You make sprites and sfx for your character, and save them into the game. Then there would be a program to edit stats for the character. And bingo.

No, not exactly. There would be a limit to how powerful the stats are.
